Metal Design Systems, Inc. is one of the leading aluminum composite fabricators in the Midwest United States. MDSI works directly with architects, general contractors and installers to produce streamlined ACM wall panel systems, column covers, canopies and cornices.
As a national metal fabricator, we offer custom architectural metal systems unlike any other. MDSI has projects throughout the United States fabricating composite panel systems, structural insulated panels, plate aluminum, custom brass and copper systems. MDSI offers five unique systems: Glazed Joint, Rear Ventilated-Rainscreen, Perimeter Extrusion Mounted, Non-Progressive and Flat Lock Systems.

Metal Design Systems, Inc. established in 1998 in Ely, Iowa. We now employ over 60 people and have independent sales representatives directly covering 24 states and are able to ship our products anywhere in the world.
