TEX-COTE has a system called "Cool Wall".  The manufacturer describes the sustainable benefits of this product as follows:

Specially formulated to reflect the sun's heat, the coating can lower the exterior wall surface temperatures by as much as 40 degrees when comparied to traditional paints.  A study conducted at the US Department of Energy's Oakridge National Laboratory showed that the product can reduce a home's cooling costs by as much as 21.9%.
