Marke Elledge and Julian McMichaels, the founder of THE REP GROUP, have become partners with Alisa Lange and all are working under the DESIGN PRODUCTS INC. banner.  This merger occurred in April of 2017.

The long-time and excellent Architrectural Ceramics rep, Scott Coulter, has parted ways with the company.  While a replacement is being sought, the point of contact for Scott's account will be the the Sales Manager - David Arabe.

Robert Allen and Duralee Fabrics merged on 31 March.  The newly formed company will be called the Robert Allen Duralee Group, or the RAD Group. They will continue to be marketed separately.

We just learned that ModuForm furniture purchased the assets, designs and distribution of Adden Furniture. in January 2016  This is a great line for healthcare and institutional projects.

Hurd Millwork, manufacturer of wood windows in now a part of Sierra Pacific Group, located in California.  It is anticipated that Hurd will keep its maufacturing facility in Wisconsin, but will be expanded.
